Su Nian is a top scientific research talent and the founder of Haotian Group. To uncover hidden problems within the company, she quietly joins a subsidiary as an intern. Lin Weiwei, who joins at the same time, is driven by a desire to compete and frequently imitates Su Nian's ideas while vying for projects and honors. She also allies herself with Zhao Feng, the head of the branch, in an attempt to suppress Su Nian. Su Nian remains composed, repeatedly proving herself through her professional expertise while quietly gathering evidence of misconduct. She stands firm on workplace fairness and principles as she steadily reforms the company's toxic culture.
