A business backbone who has deeply cultivated an industry for five years is groundlessly subjected to a company-wide voting termination, his years of contribution being easily erased. Faced with the old company's solicitation and scheming, he refuses preferential treatment, sticks to his principles, and relies on professional ability to secure a critical project. Starting an enterprise from scratch, overcoming capacity bottlenecks, making steady progress step by step, and breaking through heavy obstacles, he ultimately builds his own industrial territory and achieves a self-turnaround.
