Everyone Asks For Extended Leave, I In Turn Cancelled The Company Registration
Thirty-six employees colluded together and collectively submitted fifteen-day extended leave applications, intending to use a full staff work stoppage to force me into making concessions, thereby blackmailing me to fight for more rights and interests. I did not reject a single leave slip, signing and approving all of them. Everyone was secretly smug, thinking they had successfully got a grip on me. But they did not expect that on the day the leaves were approved, I handled the office lease termination, submitted the company cancellation application, and blocked all employees. By the seventh day of the holiday, when everyone prepared to return to work, the entire office floor had long been emptied, the company no longer existed, and this coercion ultimately ruined everyone's jobs.
