After graduating, a young man from Sichuan, Xiao Li, gave up an office job in the city and took the initiative to enter a construction site to build his career. Relying on his straightforward and kind-hearted nature, he faced various challenges on the site, adhered to the bottom line of integrity, resolved difficulties time and time again, and won the recognition of the chairman and a group of fellow workers. From initial misunderstandings and tit-for-tat confrontations with the chairman's high-and-mighty daughter, they gradually let go of their prejudices, appreciated each other, and experienced trials and grew together on the project.
