A Glimmer of Kindness Still Remains in the Muddy Human World
Delivery driver Zhao Cheng steps in to help along the way, rescuing a woman facing distress, yet loses his job due to the delayed delivery. Multiple challenges arrive one after another: his mother falls seriously ill requiring care, his ex-wife proposes changing their child's custody, and the crushing weight of life bears down upon him. Zhao Cheng never expected that the woman he rescued was Gu Nian, who came from a well-to-do family. Grateful for his kindness, the Gu family offers a substantial monetary reward in thanks. Zhao Cheng politely declines the huge sum, asking only to preserve his own innocence and dignity. His integrity moves the Gu family, earning him venture support to start a freight company. During this period, he meets Wen Yining, a kind and gentle nurse, and reaps love. Step by step, Zhao Cheng walks out of the low valley and welcomes his own rebirth.
