Exorbitant Rent

Relying on the fact that Boss Cao has already poured a lot of money into it, she proposes doubling the rent. Meanwhile, my shop happens to be unrented and is even larger than the landlady's shop. Thus, I am naturally happy to see this play out. In the end, Boss Cao cannot bear the landlady's oppression and turns around to sign a contract with me!
