Lin Zhentian, the Town-Sea Dragon Head who commands a million dragon troops, disguised himself as a down-and-out person suffering from a severe illness and returned to his hometown. It so happened that his elder sister was about to get engaged to the village tyrant Zhao Tianba. His snobbish eldest uncle's family colluded with the village tyrant, attempting to usurp the Lin family's ten-thousand-mu fish pond, and his former fiancée Qin Lan also came to call off the engagement and sneered at him in all sorts of ways. Only his parents and elder sister consistently upheld their family affection, exhausting everything to raise money to cure him. Lin Zhentian secretly arranged for his adjutant Chu Lingshuang to send a hundred-billion ecological base to help his family. When the villains were full of themselves, he revealed his true identity, settling accounts with the greedy relatives and the village tyrant force in one fell swoop, making the wicked people regret it intensely.
