Two construction workers encounter an accident and get electrocuted while fishing, both time-traveling to ancient times. One possesses an ordinary commoner with an average appearance, while the other possesses a handsome look. At first, the two try every possible means to return to the modern world, and later start businesses by making glass, brewing white liquor, and pickling salted eggs, causing much laughter and mischief. Due to differences over whether to return home, the brothers develop a rift and estrangement, yet set aside their grievances and fight side by side when facing oppression from powerful aristocrats.
