A Category 17 super typhoon makes landfall at Linhai University. My two roommates and I foolishly stay behind in Dormitory 606 and fail to evacuate in time. On the night the typhoon's eye passes over us, a bizarre broadcast suddenly announces survival rules for students stranded on campus. Monsters carrying lanterns appear in the corridors, and the time displayed on our phones changes erratically. Forced to take the risk of retrieving our dormitory doorplate, we discover the words "Land of Inversion" carved into its back and accidentally enter a mirrored space where everything is reversed. Mirrors turn against the human heart, corridor numbers are flipped left to right, and the cafeteria and library are riddled with deadly traps. Our teammates' personalities become completely reversed, and even our shadows detach from our bodies and act on their own. We follow a reverse map and decipher parking-space codes in search of the gateway back to reality.
