Tired of the intense pressure of city life, Lin Feng quits his job and returns to his hometown to run a farm, hoping to enjoy a peaceful, carefree life. Unexpectedly, he gains the ability to understand animals' thoughts. After kindly helping a hedgehog find a home, he ends up with a white tiger cub as his bedmate. Even after returning the cub to the mountains, animals keep showing up: leopard sisters come around for free meals, a golden-shaded cat takes over his nest and gives birth, and a giant panda, China's national treasure, refuses to leave in hopes of getting some honey.
