Curator Zhan Bo returns to his hometown and finds his grandfather, who suffers from dementia, being angrily scolded by his father Jianguo for his unconscious destructive behavior. To protect his grandfather and stimulate his cognition, Zhan Bo cleverly arranges his grandfather's chaotic actions—such as smearing soy sauce and cutting up skirts—into a special family art exhibition. However, the angry Jianguo is extremely disgusted by this, and even issues an ultimatum that things must be restored to their original state within three days. Facing his father's strong obstruction and his grandfather's fading memory, Zhan Bo tries to use this exhibition to resolve family estrangement and retain precious family affection and love before oblivion completely descends.
