Chen Changshan, who has done equipment maintenance for fifteen years, was dismissed by the company on the grounds of "backward technology." Just after signing the termination agreement and stepping out of the workshop, the core imported machine tool triggered a full-line alarm. The production director chased him out to force him back to work for emergency repairs, and he showed his quotation of three million for an external expert. During the troubleshooting, the truth of a newcomer privately modifying parameters and management forcibly starting the machine was gradually uncovered. In the end, the equipment was repaired, the company withdrew the wrong evaluation, supplemented the compensation, and established new safety shutdown regulations.
