Su Qin, an ordinary college student, has just won a lottery worth hundreds of millions when he unexpectedly drowns and dies. His soul transmigrates into an adolescent Husky at the Jiangbei City Law Enforcement Bureau, where he awakens a Police Dog System. Once he accumulates one billion merit points, he can return to his human form. Just after transmigrating, he is assigned to partner with Chu Yao, a cold-faced female police officer. He also receives an ultimatum: if he fails the police dog examination in one week, he will be neutered. Determined to regain his human form and save himself, Su Qin must overcome everyone's doubts about whether a Husky can serve as a police dog and begin his partnership with Chu Yao, a tough-talking woman with a kind heart.
