Su Qinghe, an outer sect disciple of the Xuantian Sect, had rock-bottom cultivation and was year-round mocked and ostracized by her fellow disciples, until she accidentally awakened the Heavenly Derivation System, causing her strength to quietly skyrocket. Coinciding with the once-every-three-years sect grand tournament, inner sect genius Shen Yuanyao repeatedly made things difficult for her in public. From registration onward, Su Qinghe went against the current, staging counter-kills all the way from preliminary rounds to the finals, publicly slapping the face of everyone who looked down on her, and further exposing Shen Yuanyao's tricks of cheating and secret sabotage, leaping from a good-for-nothing junior sister despised by all to become the dark horse of the grand tournament that caught the eye of the entire sect.
