Lin Lu, a senior designer at a major corporation, sees through workplace plotting and resolutely quits, returning to the Nanwan Island left by her grandmother to take over the dilapidated Wilderness B&B. On a stormy night, she rescues Jiang Xu on the beach, who crashed into the sea and lost his memory. The two, whose identities are unknown, become partners, one responsible for design and operations, and the other coordinating renovations and calculating costs, joining hands to transform the B&B amidst banter and friction. But the peace is soon broken; Jiang Xu's half-brother Jiang Zhe, in order to seize power, uses capital means to suppress them everywhere, attempting to force Lin Lu away and annex the island plot.
