Twilight No Longer Continues the Marriage
Shen Mu and Jiang Xu are about to get married. On the day they try on wedding dresses, Jiang Xu's close friend of fifteen years, Wen Kening, suddenly appears wearing another wedding dress to provoke Shen Mu, forcing her to kneel and claiming to be the original wife. Wen Kening has long been interfering recklessly in the wedding arrangements, changing the wedding candy, playlist, and banquet schedule without permission, even adding an entrance ceremony for herself. Jiang Xu silently allows it all and instead accuses Shen Mu of making a fuss over nothing. After the conflict escalates, Shen Mu's father is accidentally injured and hospitalized. Jiang Xu arrives but continues to take Wen Kening's side. Realizing that he has no boundaries and disregards her feelings, Shen Mu resolutely cancels the wedding and ends this engagement filled with grievances.

선무와 장쉬는 결혼을 앞두고 있다. 웨딩드레스를 입어 보는 날, 장쉬와 15년 동안 알고 지낸 절친 원커닝이 또 다른 웨딩드레스를 입고 갑자기 나타나 선무를 도발한다. 그녀는 선무에게 무릎을 꿇으라고 강요하며 자신이 정실이라고 주장한다. 원커닝은 오래전부터 결혼 준비에 제멋대로 간섭해 왔다. 허락도 없이 답례 사탕과 선곡 목록, 연회 진행 순서를 바꾸고 자기만의 등장 순서까지 추가했다. 장쉬는 내내 이를 묵인하면서 오히려 선무가 사소한 일로 호들갑을 떤다고 나무란다. 갈등이 격화된 뒤 선무의 아버지가 뜻밖의 사고로 다쳐 입원한다. 장쉬는 병원으로 달려오고도 여전히 원커닝의 편을 든다. 선무는 그에게 아무런 경계도 없고 자신의 진심을 무시한다는 사실을 깨닫고, 단호하게 결혼식을 취소하며 억울함으로 가득했던 약혼 관계를 끝낸다.
