120k Not Received, Three-Story Villa Roof Not Poured
Niece Liang Zhixia leads a construction team to build a three-story villa for her uncle Liang Guochang. Before the auspicious capping day, only 20,000 of the agreed 120,000 progress payment has arrived. Relying on his relative status to use both soft and hard tactics, Liang Zhixia stops work publicly: if the 120,000 is not received, tomorrow the roof surface won't be poured! The uncle turns around and hands the project to a snatch-order competitor, who illegally pours it overnight. When roof problems occur, he turns around and bites back, claiming 350,000 in compensation. Rules or human feelings? With a single contract, she clears up this muddy account.
