Xu Guojun is reborn back to the Northeast countryside in the 1980s, shaking off the terrible life of alcoholism and gambling in his previous life. Facing the pressure of over-quota fines, he relies on his survival experience in the mountains from his previous life to go hunting in the mountains, capturing all kinds of mountain delicacies and wild game, improving his family's economy, resolving neighborhood conflicts, protecting his pregnant wife and daughter, and relying on his mountain-running skills to step by step lead his family out of poverty and live a down-to-earth life.
