2.1 Million Demolition Reveals People's True Colors
For eleven years, Song Wei and his wife devoted themselves to caring for his uncle, shouldering enormous medical expenses while living frugally. When the demolition of the old family home brought in 2.1 million in compensation, his uncle divided the money among his three biological sons and even asked Song Wei and his wife to host a celebratory banquet. Heartbroken by this betrayal, the couple sent his uncle back home, insisting that his own sons should take responsibility for his care. Unexpectedly, the three sons began passing the responsibility around, each refusing to fulfill their filial duties. After being manipulated by his sons, the uncle mistakenly believed that Song Wei had wronged him. Song Wei produced years of records proving the care and financial support he had provided, finally clearing up the misunderstanding. After the uncle passed away, the three sons suffered the consequences of their own greed, while Song Wei and his family returned to a peaceful and stable life.
