280,000-Yuan Parking Space, Charged Fees by Property Management for Three Years
I spent 280,000 yuan buying my own parking space, only to have my neighbor treat it like a free parking lot. Worse, the property management company joined forces with the homeowners' committee to forge my signature and turn it into a "communal" space. Dumping trash, threatening me in the middle of the night, forging signatures—they thought I'd put up with everything and that I was easy to bully. I parked my car in my own space, took the subway for nine days, and let my phone be bombarded with 55 calls. When they finally started panicking, I calmly pressed the record button, preserving the call recordings and complete evidence of the forged documents. After staff from multiple departments arrived to investigate, I submitted all the evidence for proper handling and stood firm in protecting my rights.
