At age 35, big tech worker Chen Mo suffers PUA from his boss and resigns without a job, returning to his hometown with his wife by selling their house and bringing their daughter. Relying on big tech business skills, he fights local bullies, starts a cooperative business based on local honey and intangible cultural heritage bamboo weaving, and defeats capital harvesting and vicious competition. His former boss visits to scheme but gets counter-attacked instead. After achieving business success, Chen Mo gives up expansion, returns the cooperative rights, and chooses asset-light living to accompany his family.
