The Husband I Picked Up Turned Out to Be the Crown Prince
Meng Weiyu, the lady head of the Meng family, catches her husband having an affair with a maid and decisively divorces him. With her parents gone and her once-grand mansion now lonely and empty, she simply wants a child of her own. So she buys a down-and-out man from a broker. Wearing a fox mask, she hides him in a stone chamber, intending to let him go once her wish is fulfilled. Little does she know that this man is actually Wei Linyuan, the Crown Prince of the realm. Initially wary, he tests her intentions, but gradually wins his way into her heart by teaching her chess and pretending to be obedient. When she finally discovers his true identity, she can only hope his secret guards will come and take him away. Instead, he returns under a different identity, determined to become her husband. As business rivalries and mysteries surrounding their identities unfold, their encounter, each driven by their own motives, blossoms into a love neither is willing to let go.
