At 47, Working as a Designated Driver, the Elderly Man He Saved Has an Extraordinary Identity
At 47, Qin Shouzhuo makes a living as a designated driver. With his daughter seriously ill and his son preparing for an important exam, the burdens of life have nearly become unbearable. One stormy night, he encounters a luxury car that has plunged off a bridge. Without regard for his own safety, he risks his life to rescue an elderly stranger, even using the money set aside to save his daughter's life to pay for the man's medical expenses. Little does he know that the elderly man has an extraordinary identity, and Qin Shouzhuo soon finds himself caught up in misunderstandings and turmoil. Despite accusations, threats, and pressure, he never abandons his conscience or principles. The true warmth of society does not come from the powerful giving charity to the weak, but from ordinary people choosing to uphold kindness, responsibility, and justice when it matters most.
