Separate Elderly Care, This Time I Choose My Mom
Ten years ago, her father, Su Dawei, wanted to trade Su Mingyue for 100,000 yuan from the Wang family to pay for her younger brother Su Tianci's tuition. Refusing to accept this fate, she left for the city alone and worked her way up from a garment sample maker to become the president of Xingyue Fashion. Returning home in glory, she takes her long-mistreated mother, Zhang Guihua, away with her. Her father and younger brother repeatedly show up demanding money, cars, and houses, and even take their anger out on her mother. Her younger brother gambles away all of Rongrong's money, steals goods from the factory, and snatches their mother's belongings, eventually ending up in prison. Only after falling ill does her father intermittently admit that he used to have a bad temper. Her mother joins the company as a designer and discovers that altering collars is something she does with ease. Leaving their painful past behind, mother and daughter each begin living a comfortable life of their own.
