The 1970s Matchmaker, My Matches Are Guaranteed Satisfactory: The Wrong Match
Dou Xiaochan, a modern-day bit-part actress, accidentally travels through time and becomes Dou Dou, the younger sister of her own grandmother in her youth. Bound to a matchmaking system, she can return to the modern era and inherit an estate only by finding good matches for family members whose fates in her previous life were tragic. Her family has long suffered exploitation and oppression at the hands of her step-grandfather's terrible relatives. With her intelligence and courage, Dou Xiaochan fights back against their bullying and protects her brothers, father, and sisters. She meets Shen Moci, an educated youth from the capital sent to the countryside, and improves her family's living conditions through handicraft side businesses. Determined to rewrite her family's tragic fate, she also finds sincere love amid the everyday life of the 1970s.
