Poor young man Lin Feng digs up a wild ginseng to save his mother, but it is snatched away by his gambler cousin to recoup his losses, and he himself is knocked unconscious with a single punch in the wild forest. Waking up to be attacked and bitten by a wild wolf, he bites through the wolf's throat for his seriously ill mother. A gulp of wolf blood activates the Devouring Evolution System: devouring beasts grants corresponding abilities! Relying on wolf scent and wolf speed, he digs up a century-old ginseng to save his mother's life, carries back five pheasants with one hand to shatter the rice bowls of the whole village, and fiercely slaps the hunting team that slandered him and the ungrateful relatives who came to snatch food. A famine counterattack of devouring beasts, mountain gathering, and supporting his mother now begins!
