Antique restorer Gu Changhe once sold his wife's dowry and gambled away his daughter's medicine money, before being kicked by Qin Shihuang straight back to the day in 1996 when his wife and daughter left home. After rebirth, he can see the making, damage, and circulation phantoms of antiques by touching objects. Starting with a two-yuan bronze box, he picks up leaks all the way including bamboo brush pots, guqin, Guangzhou clocks, bronze tigers, and jade seals, redeems the sewing machine, builds a new house, beats back vicious merchants to restore his family, and finally takes his wife and daughter to embark on a new journey in Xianyang.
