A Banquet of Smoke and Fire, Discerning the Cold and Warmth of Human Hearts
Zhou Yanchuan manages the Jinhe Restaurant beside the industrial park. After the year-end bonuses are distributed, the kitchen team led by Zhao Haifeng seizes the opportunity to demand exorbitant dividends, collectively threatening to resign and walking out with a large number of employees to open a new restaurant three hundred meters away, believing their customer base relies entirely on their own culinary skills. On the eighth day of the Lunar New Year, both restaurants open simultaneously, and Zhao Haifeng repeatedly hits walls in his operations, mistaking platform dividends for personal ability. Zhou Yanchuan stabilizes the situation, builds a standardized operational system, refines dishes and service, sheds the label of being attached to the group, and allows the restaurant to truly stand firm.
