At first, he was consumed by anxiety and clung to old ways, unwilling to change. With the support of his wife and longtime neighbors, however, he improved the flavor of his broth, upgraded the hygiene of his stall, and proactively submitted honest registration documents. In the end, he preserved the authentic traditional taste, secured a place in the regulated market area, and welcomed a brand-new spring alongside the old street.
