Key technical backbone Zhou Yuanshan worked through the night to repair equipment, saving the factory from huge losses. However, supervisor Du Ming maliciously fined and humiliated him simply for taking a sip of water in the workshop. Chilled by this injustice, Zhou Yuanshan decided to strictly adhere to regulations and refuse any duties beyond his scope. When Du Ming secretly sabotaged the assembly line for personal gain and attempted to frame others, Zhou gathered proof to expose him. After the culprits were punished, Zhou Yuanshan rejected staying in the dysfunctional factory and accepted a high-paying technical consultant position, winning respect with his superior skills.
