Lin Yuanshan, a fried chicken shop owner, kindly helps an elderly couple who have spent twenty years searching for their missing son. Unexpectedly, his landlord maliciously raises the rent fivefold to force him out, and his adoptive sister seizes the storefront to do business under his brand name. Pushing a food cart, Lin Yuanshan relocates to the night market, insisting on quality ingredients as his business gradually thrives. Neighbors soon notice that his face and birthmark match the abducted child on the couple's missing person notice. A DNA test reveals the truth: he is Lin Qianli, the long-lost son of the elderly couple. With wrongdoers brought to justice, he reopens the chicken shop with his birth parents, puts up a reunion wall for missing children, and dedicates himself to anti-trafficking charity.
