A Groom Thirty Years Late
Huo Zhenting, the fifty-year-old head of the Huo family, disguised himself as a down-and-out old man and moved into an old staff residential compound to search for Lin Wan, the lover he was forced to separate from thirty years ago. At this time, Lin Wan lost her husband and was bullied by her mother-in-law and brother-in-law alongside her daughter. They plotted to seize the old house and even wanted to force her to remarry to pay off debts. Huo Zhenting secretly helped, exposing fake certificates, crushing high-interest loans, and fighting back against arson retaliation.
