The Counterattack Chronicle of a Silly Girl - Season 4
In the rural Northeast in 1985, modern college student Ye Zhifang accidentally transmigrated, becoming the village chief's silly daughter whose intelligence remained at the age of eight. Facing her sister-in-law who secretly undermined her and her family who shielded their own, she decided to continue playing dumb and secretly counterattack. A sealed fifteen-year-old arranged marriage letter broke the peace, and the Pei family from the capital came knocking. The marriage candidate, the Pei family's third son, would rather die than marry the silly girl. Just when she thought the marriage was off, the Pei father unexpectedly recognized her as his goddaughter, letting her stay in the Pei family with a special status. Playing dumb, Ye Zhifang moved step by step in the Pei family, finally revealing her sharp edge and belonging to her own legend in the 1980s.
