In the ninth year of Zhaowu of the Great You Dynasty, the realm is in turmoil and Jiangnan is plagued by torrential rains. The blind assassin Qin Wuwang strictly adheres to his rule of charging only one copper coin to kill. In Jinzhou, he strikes down the tyrant Lei Laohu. There, he crosses paths with Lin Xiacao, a young girl bearing deep-seated hatred, and learns that her father, a veteran of the Dragon-Slaying Guard, was murdered by Grand Marshal Zhao Wuji. Breaking through waves of pursuit, Qin Wuwang wages a desperate duel against Zhao Wuji with his battered body, ultimately slaying the ruthless villain. In a troubled world, he redeems others while redeeming himself, taking Lin Xiacao as his disciple to pass on the code of 'one copper coin', before quietly passing away amidst the wind and snow.
