Lin Chuxia was an adopted orphan who spent three years turning three thousand acres of wasteland into multi-million-dollar shrimp ponds, only to be cast out by the villagers claiming that an outsider girl had no right to clan land. Leaving with her grandfather empty-handed, she relied on her expertise to start from scratch and secure high-end orders against all odds. Meanwhile, the villagers who seized the ponds mismanaged everything recklessly, squandering their life savings as the shrimp died en masse and leaving the village deeply in debt. When the entire village begged on their knees for her return, Chuxia came back triumphant, laid down strict rules, led her former foes to prosperity, and turned the village into a model for rural revitalization.
