The old turtle channeled life into the withered spring veins, saving the drought-suffering commoners of Qingshi Town. The bully Zhou Wancai, seeing profit and turning greedy, monopolized the spring eye to hoard and corner the market, frantically seizing wealth, and ultimately suffered a crushing defeat due to the backlash of his greed.
