Tormented by the noise of square dancing, acoustic engineer Fang Bo uses his professional expertise to install directional noise-cancelling equipment in the community to relieve his neurasthenia. Unexpectedly, the dance troupe leader Auntie Wang teams up with a hardware store owner to strike back, constantly upgrading heavy bass speakers, and sparking an acoustic battle in the central square. Facing malfunctioning instruments and ever-encroaching noise, Fang Bo is forced to develop a more advanced dynamic tracking system. Can he use innovative technology to balance neighborhood peace with community entertainment and create a truly silent square in this hardcore contest?
