African Infrastructure: I Build A New City In The Desert
Young Longguo engineer Lin Yue arrives in the barren and backward African region. Over three years, he brings advanced manufacturing, agricultural irrigation, solar energy, smart homes, shared mobility, modern commerce, and public services into the desert, establishing an orderly city of happiness. Tribal chief Aoba and the old steward accidentally enter this place, experiencing a continuous series of shocks all the way from talking guest rooms, free breakfasts, and drip-irrigated farmland to shared bikes, public water stations, and low-priced supermarkets. Meanwhile, they gradually discover that local official Mosa has long been fabricating disaster reports, embezzling aid funds, and using the suffering of the common people as a tool to amass wealth.
