Lin Tuo, a former special forces captain, is betrayed by his trusted subordinate, Xie Wei. The helicopter he is traveling in crashes into the African rainforest, leaving him seriously injured. He is rescued by Nakiya, the princess of the Kawula tribe. At the time, the tribe is being manipulated by a malicious high shaman, and its people are suffering from a strange and mysterious illness.
