Lin Zhixia, the administrative manager of Yuanchuan Technology, gets into a confrontation with He Guifang, the owner of Coconut Island Coffee, after asking for extra coconut milk in her coffee. She gathers feedback from her colleagues and pushes the company to introduce Misty Island Coffee as an additional coffee supplier, giving employees the freedom to choose where they buy their coffee. As He Guifang's business suffers, she resorts to lowering prices while cutting ingredients, making false reports against her competitor, and escalating the conflict. After an investigation gathers sufficient evidence, He Guifang is held responsible for the damages, and her shop is eventually transferred and shut down due to its business problems.
