Countdowns randomly appear across cities. When the clock strikes zero, everyone falls into a forced deep sleep, their consciousness plunging into a nightmare world. Reborn just before the countdown starts, Li Ge relies on her memories to race to Nanmen Town. Armed with a heavy hardware sledgehammer, she slays an aberrant boss and awakens health-recovery abilities. Assembling allies into the "Dream Tapir Squad," she purges corruptions encroaching upon reality. As top-tier aberrations and elevator domains erupt one after another, Yan Jun of the official Special Anomalies Bureau threatens her with hostages. Discarding the rules, Li Ge uses anomalous species as hunting hounds to track down foes, flips the table, and leads her team straight into the final showdown.
