An Old Friend Comes upon the Peach Blossom Paper (45 episodes)

Xie Wan, the eldest daughter of the Xie family, was plotted against by her wet nurse and unexpectedly swapped souls with the wet nurse's daughter, Zhang Mo'er. Impersonating her, Zhang Mo'er was about to marry into the Marquis household, while Xie Wan was reduced to a maidservant, misunderstood and driven away by her childhood fiancé, Jiang Chengze. In desperation, she took the alias Ruyi and took shelter in the Hongxiu Pavilion, gaining renown across the capital with her exquisite zither skills and sharp wit while diligently training her physique. She secretly set up a plan to guide Jiang Chengze into uncovering the truth, and leveraged Zhang Mo'er's regret to swap back to her real body. Having seen through Jiang Chengze's superficiality of judging people by their looks, Xie Wan resolutely signed the divorce letter to return to the Xie family, leaving behind only the legendary name of Ruyi in the martial world.
