The Tea-Picking Girl Also Has Spring
Yuan Xiran, a tea-picking woman, marries into the Huang family with her ancestral tea-making recipe. For five years, she painstakingly runs the tea factory and diligently cares for her supposedly paralyzed mother-in-law. But after she becomes pregnant, her husband forces her to have an abortion. At the hospital, she discovers the truth: her husband is having an affair, and her mother-in-law has been faking paralysis. The entire family has treated her as a free housekeeper and a tool for making tea. Determined, Yuan Xiran divorces her husband. With the quiet support of her former classmate Lu Jiarong, she preserves her family's traditional tea-making craft, unites the women left behind in the village, and establishes a sisters' tea workshop. As she fights her ex-husband's malicious attempts to undermine her and overcomes a crisis in the bidding process, she wins the title of Tea King, builds a women-led tea enterprise, transforms her career, and finds sincere love founded on equality.
