Years Corner, Meeting Again
Xu Xi has dedicated herself to her family for many years, only to receive increasing coldness from her husband Lu Yuan, alienation from her son, and frequent interference from neighbor Meng Meiqing. During a prenatal checkup, she encounters the richest man Ji Mubai, who steps in to help and shows unusual concern. Meanwhile, Xu Xi senses an uncomfortably close relationship between Lu Yuan, her son, and Meng Meiqing, filling her with unease. It is only when Lu Yuan uses buying medicine as an excuse to arrange a car accident that leaves her severely injured that Xu Xi completely sees through the betrayal—being forced to sign a leaving-with-nothing agreement. On the other side, Ji Mubai, anxiously searching for her, is gradually uncovering a past deeply buried for many years.
