After Divorce, Former Wife Asks Me Back
Fang Suining thought that shaking off her loveless husband Pei Xilou and marrying her "true love" Zhou Yang was a belated perfection. Until she was beaten to the ground on her wedding night and picked up the phone dropped by Zhou Yang—gambling, drug use, ambiguous voice messages, and a message reading "car accident settled". Her father told her even more—the person who saved her from the fire back then was not Zhou Yang, but the ex-husband she had driven away. Pei Xilou endured for three years, leaving with empty hands, just to draw Zhou Yang into his trap. On the day of the board meeting, Zhou Yang proudly announced that the Fang family business was changing its surname, and the door was pushed open. Pei Xilou walked in with injuries—every single dirty penny of yours is in my account books.
