Lucky Baby Descends: The Wayward Husband Also Stays True to the Years - Season 2
In the 1970s, when city youths were being sent down to the countryside, village girl Zheng Xiaoxia flees a wild boar and stumbles into an abandoned haunted house where the sent-down youths are staying, where she runs into Ma Xiaoman, a newly arrived young man from the city. Ma Xiaoman seizes the chance to play the victim, demands that Zheng Xiaoxia take responsibility for him, and rushes to her home to propose. Though he seems carefree and cynical, Ma Xiaoman comes from an illustrious family, yet he insists on putting down roots in the village to protect his wife. The two marry and have a daughter named Wanwan, but who could have guessed that Wanwan is a reincarnated little fox fairy bearing the mark of the fox clan? On the day she turns one month old, people notice her fox-like eyes, and late that night a mysterious old man comes to the door, revealing Wanwan's wondrous bond with the mountains and planting a hidden mystery in this warm country life.
