Architectural backbone Qiao Luo holds a massive design order worth tens of millions for her own family's LL Group, but is suppressed by her supervisor Lao Luo and boss Zhang Zong, with her position and year-end bonus completely replaced by Zhang Zong's niece, Liu Ran.
