Transported into a chaotic age where danger lurks at every step, only by holding power can one protect oneself and the people. Xiao Chen is transported just as conscription begins and is forced to join the army and set out on campaign. Drawing on modern military knowledge, this lowly soldier rises bravely, resisting the foreign tribes beyond the frontier, building his own elite battalion and revolutionizing weapons and equipment. As the turbulent age rages, the soldiers under his command march out in formation, striking fear into enemies from every direction! An ordinary soldier from the muddy bottom of society, with nothing but courage, defends the land and brings peace to a chaotic world! This animated drama is adapted from the Fanqie novel "Fierce Soldier! Vying for the Central Plains, Starting as a Conscript" by Da Long Xiong A.
