Back to the Eighties, I Contracted the Dragon King of the East Sea
Fisherman Chen Jianghe was murdered for his money by his father and elder brother, who pushed him into the sea. Fortunately saved by a divine dragon he had rescued in the past, not only did his severed arm regenerate, but he also gained divine water-control powers. Upon his return, he rescued his wife and daughter and exposed his father and brother's evil deeds. Facing suppression, Chen Jianghe used his divine powers and started fresh with his wife and daughter, leading oppressed fishermen to form a fleet and build fish ponds. He performed great charitable deeds, rescuing disaster victims and whales, establishing a mutual aid system, and defeating the villains' plots. Ultimately, fish ponds across ten villages yielded a bumper harvest, and Chen Jianghe successfully protected his wife and daughter, uniting the fishermen of ten villages to become the East Sea Ship King guarding tens of thousands of hectares of maritime territory.
