Three years ago, Zhou Jinfa withheld 18,600 yuan in wages from 18 female tea pickers and declared that they would never earn a penny without his tea plantation. Three years later, he lands a major order for 60 kilograms of premium spring tea but cannot find enough workers for his 80 mu of tea gardens. Tian Guixiang joins forces with her fellow women to take on the job, with Li Chunmei leading the team. Faced with attempts to snatch the tea, sample rejections, and malicious rumors, they stick to their picking standards and defend their wages. Using contracts and their hard-earned reputation, they make the boss pay the price and reclaim their dignity through their own hard work.
